the viking speaketh truth! of course if its got to go into january fine but we need to tackle this problem now,not just sit back while mass scabbing goes on and wait itout, there is a danger that we would lose momentum and possibly morale. Let the strike rip. If we go all out then the 30000 are illegal full stop royal mail cant hide it.

If they had said 300,000 I might be a bit concerned but 30,000 is like taking a wee in the sea - it won't be noticed  I would imagine!

We did not see dim doms collapsing walks down when they came in to try to deliver the mail,

Two to a walk...holding hands :left: bringing back half the mail  , can't they read or something  :chuckle thats willfull delay i thought!! and the rest of them who could not organise a pi** up in a brewery were :cuppa either sitting on their arses or running round like headless chickens trying to look important, holding a clip board

don't think we have much to worry about because if so called managers can't do the job, who are suppose to know how to do the job, as they keep telling us how to, and what we can do according to them.....don't hold much hope for the 30.000 casuals....do you :chuckle ???

In our office we have had casual staff and the agency that employees them have been charging R/M £13.50 hr for each individual. The casuals get paid £5.80 hr by the agency but the cost to R/M to employee this amount of casual staff comes to £405,000 and they have the gaul to keep saying we must save money here here and here year in year out with there office savings this makes great business sense doesnt it. :Applause :Applause
This is me, i've been a RM temp for over 3 years, im one of 7 of us that have all been there since 2006, several more have been there over 2 years, the money that they have thrown away on just us, over that amount of time is ridiculous!

I've had it on good authority that a number of casuals were found stealing at a Sth London MLO,and rightly dismissed.
Unfortunately management couldn't find replacments, so invited them back to work. :funneh
