Customer forum!

Post by POSTMAN »

Possibly after tonight and possibly in the future as things go on we could get inundated with OUR customers.
You know what to do and how to act,and you know the press are on,so despite the fact they are not fully aware of the real situation you have to hold back regardless.
Also please be ready for trolls and wind up merchants.Best to ignore.

I suggest to just carry on regardless and debate the issues as they are, onlookers can then form an opinion after at least being in receipt of the facts as well as the spin put out by the propoganda machine.

Please do that in the rest of the Forums - what postman means is please be polite and don't use expletives when replying in the Customer Forum. We are not going to get much public support if we call them names or abuse them for holding a different view.

If they are ignorant of the facts then change their mind with debate, you never know we might get a few coming over to our side. :Very Happy

Smiles ... next week's WTLL should see the RM propaganda machine in full swing .. of course, assuming that DIM DOMs follow instructions and ignore the facts.

Managers were summoned to big pow-pow with local chief today, so it is fair to say they have been primed and ready to offload.

How about having a stickie post that explains the reasons why we have voted for strike action and what the future holds for customers if we don't stand up now! :wave

Many thanks to those who have been helping in the customer forum.

There is a nasty article out there that is saying that we have been giving customers grief when they come on,ignore the 'typical amateur pseudo-journalistic' shite we have to put up with.

The RMC team have been working on something that we hope will answer a few questions that those not in the know are aware of.
It is in the customer forum and on the front page of the site,if you feel there is more to add then please let us know.

Many thanks to teebs, the rest of the team, and a couple of you who we've nicked some stuff from.
