Im a great believer in karma and i truly believe at some time this is going to come and bite R/M buttocks off.

Got a reps meeting next week i shall raise this problem with my area rep again if i get any info i will post up .And if any one on this site gets any info reagrding the issue post it as the info will be vital we all do need to stick together on this one or we will never defeat this unjust system.

Staying calm for me is very hard at present as our office is under a daily attack its just one thing after another. I will not let R/M defeat me or the members i represent .

Only this morining i told my DIM that i will find the flaw in the system . For as long as ive got a hole in my Ar*e.

I also said to him that a good leader would show his work force how these times can be met and i have asked him to lead the way.
