People shouldnt get extra just because they are doing away with inefficient practices
Crozier won't be happy hearing that he got £3,000,000 in bonuses not to long back just for that.

Also local managers have been getting a minimum £3K for that and managers above them have been getting 5 figure sums.

And worth every penny Teebs! You try working a Geroge Forman grill while trying to remember how many sugars the acting manager takes in his tea and all the while wondering which of the new starters hasn't been bullied this morning!

How duplicitous this Government is, happily taking money from the very people they are prepared to stab in the back - they will be defeated at the next election and despite my former convictions there is no way I will vote for them. I hope it is a 100 years before they return from the political wilderness, long after I'm dead.

Cost savings should be be passed onto to the customers, and make the postal service competitive, not be used to inflate workers pay packets.
royal mail made a big profit so why should'nt the people who made it so get the rewards.,by your recent comments are you a manager in disguise.

The Jews in Germany were told they should be thankful of having a job making V2 rockets to be sent London while the rest were being exterminated does it make it right of those at the top to give orders which we must obey without question sit in their high and mighty ivory tower and earn/steal all the postal workers wages in return for a piss poor service and abject failure!. If their was any justice in this land :mfo would take a cyanide capsule and blow his brains out!.

Your warning is well meant but I have lived through lots of Governments by both parties - good and bad but this one takes the biscuit for selling out its supporters.
