We were just told yesterday that they want to cut 25% of our FT positions to part time a 40% cut in pay or move to another office! but since all the other offices are doing the same its or move to the scrap heap. So yes technically next year, in other words 3-4 months away, but he must think we are muppets. I guess the only reason they can say this crap with a strait face is because its just spin for the media anyway even they cant really think this is going to convince a single worker!

I reject any suggestion that there is widespread bullying and harassment of our people and we have asked you many times to let us have any examples or evidence that you may have on this important subject so we can thoroughly investigate them through our established process. As you know, we have a zero tolerance approach in this area.

So I take it you wont have any problems with the CWU proposal to have a neutral 3rd party investigate B&H by MANAGERS within RM.

This plaster board salesman hasn't got two years in the job. Someone should point out to him that the 'Have Your Say' surveys in many offices are now twice a year instead on once a year because of the amount of B&H from managers. No doubt RM will deal with the issue by having that question removed from the survey in due course. Peoblem solved!
