My point is that the speed to which they have reacted to this RM attack on the postal service & members is too slow
here's a flash for yea cut of king. we're in the shitter with the cwu. most of our problem's are because they "dropped the ball". they must be getting the best part of £12.000000 that's 12 million a year in sub's. and over the last 10 or so year's i've seen them give away. night allowance on over time. saturday and driving allowance. double time on overtime once you did 12 hr's.

These things were not given away, but negotiated away, in return for highter basic pay .

This means when a payrise comes 2.5% goes a little further and is fully pensionable , which was not the case with the allowances

LOW basic pay & allowances --Vs. -- Higher basic pay
