OK All, thank you for not pointing out the obvious to me. "What kind of fool am I" oh duh.............................

NOT COMPLETE LIST BUT CLOSE?:

1. Get on the vans.
2. Weigh your bags.
3. Don`t use your cars (Get on the vans) or if you do, take only ONE bag with you.
4. Don`t fill out 739s before you leave the Office.
5. Walk at the correct pace/don`t run.
6. Don`t "sort" in between "house" numbers.
7. Lock up your bikes, yes, company rules.
8.Take your break.
9. No short cuts, over or around anything.
10. Ask for some of the New "take the weight of your shoulder" machines they are testing? If we ask for about 50,000 between us! might make it easier for the Company to pay us our 2.5% no strings pay increase NOW? (see below, could add an hour to your delivery)
11. Start at your official Time.
12. KEEP ADDING TO THIS LIST, (now that I have seen the light!) Would be interesting to see how many we get. At least then we would have it all in one place? ( Eh, this job can not be done properly can it?
13. Make sure DTDs are done. (as below)
14. Take your signing card and 739d items back yourself. Don't give them to a driver or another postie. (as below)
15. Make sure you put your mis-sorts in as you get to the bundle and off course go back to the ones you missed.(as below)

I just recently started a new walk and due to the lack of pouch boxes used one of the "golf trolleys". Added about an hour on to the walk.

TBT,, Ive got a better way of working... Stick all your missorts in any strike breakers pigeon hole at the town corner... Job done.. If no scab.. You have to do them....

guys what are the offical rules on D2D? the manager in our place seems to make up the rules to his benifit, so we dont finish after our time and cut off. I tried to throw off my D2D in the 15 minutes before we go onto the sorting about 20% of my walk, he said we have to do it in our own time, i believe this is a lie.

You do it in your DUTY TIME not YOUR OWN.
The DOM is talking s**t,let him take you down the conduct code with it.
This really grates me when i see this,if you are late and have to cut off because of it tough s**t!!!
