I once put two grievances in against our ex-manager which were upheld in my favour, or so I was led to believe. About a year later, while talking to said DOM, the subject came up and he claimed they were ruled in his favour. As it happened, I still had the paperwork and brought it in to prove to him what the decision had been. So what does that tell you about the procedure?!
If the DOM was unaware of the decision then obviously absolutely nothing was done! Okay, so my case may have been relatively minor compared to some claims (although to me it was justified) but it makes you wonder if I was just earmarking myself as a 'troublemaker'...
