I was ips tested at 500 letters in 20 mins. breakdown 25 a minute, 1500 per hour. RM2000 is around 15 items a minute. that's letters and flats.
If a manager expects you to prep in 25 items a minute into a RM2000 frame then he's a dick head who doesn't know sorting rates.

i know a lot of people prefer using the bike all the way round the walk but i prefer chaining it up and walking. last year i had a bit of a hip problem so i went round with the bike. what a nightmare. it must put a good 20 minutes on top with finding somewhere to lean it against at nearly every call. try that if you're not used to it and you could be cutting off every day!
