10 people in my office didnt get there ballott papers and i chased them up endlessly but to no avial . Do we know how many offices there are in the uk then times that by 10 i think thats were the short fall be but we got a yes vote any hows yipppppeeeeeeeeeeeee.

This will give us some leverage now during the negoatations at least and hopefully R/M will not ignore this which in turn will prevent us from walking.

So do you think they will play it smart or will they bury there heads in the sand and hope it all goes away.

its a good result by any margin, there is no room for ambiguity, 3 to 1 is a very good mandate.

Unlike the way forward agreement, that only crept past the line with a 50.5% yes - 49.5% no ( Royal Mail were happy enough with the margin in that result )

When there was a narrow majority not to take IA against the pay
offer in 2003, RM Management claimed 'the world has changed'.
Well the world has changed again. :cfo

Hi k979aaa, thanks for asking, yes, well it was a tough move to make in the start I knew what the outcome would be if i went sick and that did indeed happen, I could of struggled on suppose but long term then it would have been wrong move. Yes, I am doing great, it was hard at the start but now business is really kicking off and I am getting myself more known.. :dance All I hear from any old work pals is horrible reports of what is going on, I know no job is perfect but they just take it a bit far! The attitude that the DOM's now have towards staff is just unreal!!! I done the job for 8 years and loved it rite up until about 2 years at the end, then pegasus totally finished me!! Mega big walk and lost a lot of my original walk and I had been very friendly with customers and something told me time to move on and stop trying to struggle on.

I really hope you all sorted out with striking and that and I will be one of the joe public now supporting ya all :dance Good Luck.
