I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Nope sorry brothers and sisters it was Billy who I have just viewed being quizzed by Jeff Randall and IMHO his communication skills leave a lot to be desired. Would have defo been much better for the CWU cause if Dave Ward had indeed been on instead.

Oh dear,
Billy Hayes has got to be the most :sad: uninspiring union leader i have ever heard.
Listening to that stumbling oaf was embarasing to say the least.
You could almost see Jeff Randall willing him to let fly, and tell it how it is.
Sadly whatever happens regarding our future, one thing is for certain,we will never be taken seriously
by the public with Billy as our spokesman.

Oh dear,is there no way to keep him out of the spotlight. I don't mean to be hurtful but this man is very poor at presenting our case. Heard him on the radio this morning and frankly it was embarrassing (think he was either pissed or on medication) .Ten minutes later they played a snip of an interview with an ordinary London postie called Pete, he knocked spots off Billys effort, clear focused ,direct got some crucial points over in next to no time.
Something must be done this chaps public appearances are a millstone round our necks :pray
