I do wish that people would not generalise it is not fair a lot of my part timers are very supportive and a number of full timers are not!

Let's watch the Royal Mail management now scurry to ask for the 3 month no strike deal offered by the Union exec. previously.
As the Operations manager said on radio today, We have finished implimenting our modernisation plans for this year and want to concentrate on the Christmas post period!! So basically the Union can call of their threats of strike action!!
Then they can start the shafting of the staff again in January

I can well believe that mate, infact some of our full timers are threating to cross the picket line, and I think that a disgrace, how are we suppose to fight royal mail, if we don't stick together

I fu(king dispair with the cwu sometimes , we`ve just had the biggest yes vote for strike action ever (76%)...67% turnout,
And i`ve just heard dave ward on 5 live saying "if royal mail come to the table then we won`t strike" WTF !!!
Dave, we now have the power....listen to your members, don`t f**k it up this time.

by all means talk to Royal mail but keep the ballot live even if its just token 1 or 2 hour strikes and put the pressure on sooner rather than later

Once we do take strike action ,which we will, lets not have anymore of this allowing certain functions to cross picket lines because they are striking on different days. When we go we all go together and stick together. A picket line is there to discourage people crossing it and going in and listen to reason lets use it for that purpose. One out all out.
GREAT RESULT LETS USE IT.
