Oh how I agree with you have text GMTV twice today, but why oh why did Billy not say it when he had the chance. How Offices have been told not to book pressure docket because it is strike mail even tho' their office not out. But sod the customer we can blame the posties for the mail failing and sit in our ivory towers and take 3.5million. How they have made the walks so unbelievably unachievable that they won't all get delivered and how since they have been doing this sickness has gone through the roof and NO staff to do the job. And what did RM say we have done the modernising (thats a joke) for this year BUT we will be doing more next year AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh
