Our Manager is Away to London.

Post by tailfly12 »

Are manager is away to London to deliver Special Delivery's all expenses paid. He's from Northern Ireland which must cost Royal Mail a lot of money in flights wages and hotel bills what are they playing at this is a waste of money. All Royal Mail have to do is seat down and talk with the CWU to finish this dispute.

Best thing is to send them away, when ours is away our office runs a lot smoother :Very Happy

And if the duties in London are really only 2 hours long then surely they could go out and deliver the whole duty :hmmmm

We've got a load of em from Wales since last friday, being put up in hotels in the centre of London and that aint cheap.
Inside word from RM is that they're waiting for the result of the ballot, if yes then they'll talk, if no, get ready for a s**t storm and a whole lot of local agreements will be torn up and the implentation of these changes nationwide.

If the ballot result is yes they can f**k off back to where they came from because the time for talk in London has long since passed.

Our gaffer did 2 days in London last week, near Craven Cottage he said.

Whole walk took under an hour he says.
