Union in talks which could end post strike

The CWU's proposals to Royal Mail since conference is for a 3 month strike ban, combined with local negotiations on executive action taken so Royal Mail gets half of what it already has imposed in each office.

That's our Mr Union all over... Sorry Mr Royal Mail, erh, how about we have a 3 month strike ban, is that ok Mr Royal Mail? Y'know, so we'll have lost the upper hand on the lead up to Christmas... Oh, and can I suck your balls after you've shafted us up the arse!

There is no way that the 3 month no strike deal is still on the table the employer has already rejected that and the union will not offer that up at this stage of the procedings don't forget we are only 3 days away from the national ballot closing.

A 3 Month strike Ban would be disastrous,esp to all those that have lost pay since June!!!!If we gonna do it we do it NOW at peak volumn.Go National and end this either way by Nov i say(a 5 day strike would settle this)
