leaving mail if past ure time daily?

for the last few weeks ive been past my time ,mainly because of bosses keeping everyone on sorting till its done .Im on one of the heaviest jobs in office and sorting time is 20 mins ,ends up im doing bout an hour cause we havent enough staff now as weve lost a lot of staff and theyv bin replaced by part timers,who dont sort.So we struggle on a daily basis. I had enough and told them i was leaving two streets in my frame and someone else would need to do that as id worked past my 40 hours for week.He wasnt happy ,but ive got that right yeah>???

Dont worry of course you have that rite R/M can not enforce you to work past your time simple as. The only thing they will try with you next is saying your prep isnt up to speed, but just ask for a prep test. If they do prep test you make sure the whole of your fitting is single slotted and not doubles or they cant give you one on that fitting.

is that true on the prep test that you have to have single slots???? Nearly all my walk is double slotted.

It is true about the prep test and your frame has to be single slotted . If you go to the download section its in there under performance standards if my memory serves me rite .

if you want to comply with RM policy tell your lino that you are no longer avaliable to woek beyond your time for the forseeable future.although there may well be days that you can so they will need to ask you daily. Make a note of who you told, when you spoke to them and who was your witness
