The 25 items per minute is for IPS. The 12 items per minute is supposed tom be 80% of BSI, which forms part of the unagreed indoor woork tool.

I am workplace coach in our office of 35 and our DIM made me do the prep testing cos he did not want the hassle so i can safeley say everyone passed with flying colours if you catch ma drift!! :whistle

Wish our workplace coach was like you!

Our workplace coach unfortunately is so far up the DOM's a*se that he forgets that he started at the bottom of the ladder along with the rest of us!

I just wonder how low our beloved management can sink. Let's bring in duties that can't be done and blame the posties. let's pick a prep figure out of the air which can't be done and blame the posties . let's not have a bloody clue how long it takes to actually prep or do a walk and then say it's achievable. VOTE YES !!!

apparently one Postman has been suspended for bringing back mail, I think he cut off as he didn't want to go over, still to be resolved.

Our workplace coach works in the locker now, but when he was a postie he was one of the slowest in the office, regularly finishing at 3 and 4pm (thats 7-8 years ago). God help anyone he coaches :chuckle
