Whats the minimum you'd accept?

Post by Cut Off King »

What is the minimium result from the current strike that you'd accept to stop striking?

do you want your start times back?
do you want seniorority reinstated?
do you want your 4 day week reinstated?
do you want your office vacancys filled by AG's made up to FULL time hours?

Whats the minimium you'd accept?

Walks to be reduced too 3 hrs max and given sensible times to achieve 20% D2D each day.

In the long run more business may come RM way and maybe even a increase in D2D to four. Only with sensible change. Surely this would benefit RM and its staff.

Starting times to 6 - 2 ish with a bit of flexiablity, to achieve a 6 - 11 on saturdays.
Reduced hours to 35 hrs per week.

Short term no gain, long term RM will win and staff will win. WIN WIN situation. Current stand LOSE LOSE situation.

Scrap the 2007 national agreement.

All Executive Action (inc planned) to be removed from all units.

Those people who were taken off pay to have all monies returned to them.

No victimisation of strikers. All spurious conduct cases dropped.

The end of bullying managers.

A commitment from RM to negotiate on modernisation. The results to be put to us in a national agreement & ballot.
And even when they became discontented, their discontent led nowhere, because, being without general ideas, they could only focus it on petty specific grievances. The larger evils invariably escaped their notice.

Work 35 hours per week (full time) which includes 5 hours paid breaks for the same basic pay we are getting now.

CWU being able to negotiate with RM on all duty changes.

Management stopping the bullying and harassing of staff.
