DVB i've seen someone from AMPS(Advanced Musculoskeletal Practitioner Service), I've had a steroid injection in my knee which did'nt help much and I have to attend physio every week(which I attend in my own time) for ultra sound massage on the affected areas, if this does'nt work another option will be surgery but obviously I'd rather not go down that route.
I also went to physio and truly felt worse after six weeks - but I'm older than you and so didn't heal well at all, hence indoors for the last six years, and I keep putting the surgery off - there are so many horror stories I'm waiting til I need a zimmer frame :Very Happy I'm sure you will be cleared on this interview, simple little accidents can result in incapacity - I waited 5 months before I went to the Drs and that delay was a mistake.

Just got back from my Stage 3 interview. I think it went well. Me and my union rep put some good points across especially about having to deliver in extreme conditions in the winter Image I won't know the outcome of the interview until the week after next as the DOM is on holiday. Went to see my Dr this morning who said she would back me all the way if I get sacked, she even remembered me going in to see her about the injury back in January  A big thank you to my Union Rep who has put everything across perfectly in all my interviews :Applause :Applause

Hopefully will get the decision from the DOM tomorrow, getting nervous now especially after the crap week I've had. He's been on leave but I'm sure things will get back to him, ie issues with LM, cutting off and telling the Regional Director exactly what I think

No worries, none of those things have any bearing on your stage 3.

I finally got the decision for my Stage 3 at 12.30 today, reverted back to Stage 2 yet again. Was told next time I'll be for the chop as I've now had 5 Stage 3's.

Good news SP - by the time you need another maybe the powers that be will have long gone and we will have a caring employer again.
