I know I'm talking to the converted because by being on this site, for whatever reason, you lot out there have some regard for your job. As I read through the topics the Union is mentioned time and again both good and bad. If you/we, don't already know it, RM will be attempting to make the most radical changes ever. We will need a strong Union to get a fair crack of the whip. Oh! by the way, YOU ARE THE UNION
