You are the Union

 I know I'm talking to the converted because by being on this site, for whatever reason, you lot out there have some regard for your job. As I read through the topics the Union is mentioned time and again both good and bad. If you/we, don't already know it, RM will be attempting to make the most radical changes ever. We will need a strong Union to get a fair crack of the whip. Oh! by the way, YOU ARE THE UNION :hmmmm

Rep wise,i've never had a problem, top guys,my latest is well on the ball.
Communication needs to be sorted out by head office though, which is quite ironic.......

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
