Having been on the phone etc to fellow workmates, could i call for all members, whether they be postman/woman in delivery, processing, driving etc, to remember we are all in this together.
Management will try their best to divide and conquer us, so please dont do their job for them.
Lets stay united and disciplined , because what doesnt effect you today , might effect you tomorrow !!!!

Even if we get a no vote. That doesn't mean the end of the CWU. It just means that a lot of people will get a nasty shock, and things will be much harder in the future. I really can't understand why so many people seem to think that loosing one National Ballot, would destroy an entire Union.

Let's put things in perspective shall we?
If we loose the Ballot. RM will get all their changes through, and we'll suffer the harsh consequences. Also the Public, and small to medium sized Businesses, will face far more problems than they already have, with later deliveries, and reduced quality of service. Obviously, in the short term, that will weaken the Union. But it'll also create far more determination to fight back next time.

Now personally, I've voted yes. And I sincerely hope that we get a large majority in the Ballot. But if we don't. We can still re-group, and fight back later.
