People are working over their time because they dont want the grief etc when they get back for leaving mail.
We are having to work over because RM insist on taking more and more hours out of offices and relying on the good will of us all to get the mail delivered.
We need everyone to stand up and say we are only going to work our alloted ours and then RM will have to stop cutting hours and even put more back in and find the savings elsewhere.
