no! because theres already profit to made in picking up a mail trays from customers and just dropping them on us.

Maybe Brussels has given them the same directive and they are wisely dragging their heels.

Yep and why did NEW LABOUR send us in head first with their boot up our backside after taking 3 billion pounds out of royalmail and creating the pension crisis by their FRS -17 accounting procedures! Maybe they just hold on to grudges to long!.
