I always work through my break but I always have it at the end of delivery and go home 40 mins early, the moment we are told we cant go early is the moment I start taking my break before going out. Does this make me a bad person? :Very Happy

The more of us who do our jobs properly the better tho and the message would get back to RM that some of their revised targets are unmanageable.
the union have been running the "do your job properly" campaign for 3 years now. how many people adhere to the rules set out by royal mail? in my office of 120+ staff, 15 people do it. it must be the same all over the country.....

have a job to get there on time let alone go in early unless I have to be somewhere and that is only by agreement. and never work over without pay, book at least a hour a day.
