Again Tommy & Javid. Burslem seems to have Reps that DO give a sh*t, i can only say well done. I think its a joke we need a SPECIAL DAY to highlight workers give more than there employers pay for.. The CWU is in need of a kick up the arse (headquaters level) The jobs for the boys Reps and with political asperations.. Before anyone thinks im on here to bash the CWU im not.. I know the buck stops and starts with us,,, A union.. Togetherness.. Not a few or a mouth piece up the road in HQ.. Active people like in Burslem and many other good people do give time and effort for the cause,, Yes Now i think it should be a cause!! Ask everyday for NO EARLY WORKERS, AND NO CAR USERS.. Not violent but constructive. (or i'll punch ya lights out)

But WE ALL could play a part of our own workplace.. How many times do you see RM ask us for imput and act on this?? Lip service maybe but how many times they mean it???

More like doing just that!!

I see a point made that seniority shouldnt be a way in an easyer duty!! Well i think a senior person who has been humping mail 20+ years deserves a EASYER walk than a new bod.. We should be encourage High quality and not high volumes of john/jill come latelys that want XMAS pressure off of US the full time workers! New entrants should go thru the rough and smooth that came with a 18mnth period like me and many other ppl did Before we were even concidered a FULL TIMER!! Be the best that you can was and is the way RM from the bottom to the top used to run.. Shame not any more..

Secure full time pay and jobs and no more AG part timers please.. Then we will have a bartering position to hand to RM , Quality not Quantity is the byword!!!

I think E2 , 8 and 9 missed the point of the day and actually proved that the job can be done in the alocated time ect.

work your hrs. ha. in our place every driver comes in early. 1 of them almost a full hour early. every day. madness pure madness

well we`ve tried insults. we`ve tried being nice. we`ve even tried telling him and the other drivers that when they want to take hours out of the office they`re giving it to them on a plate.

Today it is Pissing Down and Morale on our VAN was Superb, on return to the office at 13.00 official time managers and casuals were going out to do Deliveries

faces on all of them. Big DAVE still Suspended 2 months todate, and still no decision of RM, as they have promise our REPS and Div and CWU HQ Rep,over 2 weeks ago now.

OUR STRIKE STARTS NEXT week for 6days, lets see how all the pissed of managers from all over the country enjoy Deliveries in the BURSLEM AREA, i hope in rains, snows and thunder storms over those days.

we have been working our hours for 2 months so far, and not doing any OT as well, and if Big DAVE does not come back to work, this is how it will be For a very, very long time to come.

Thats wot a UNION is all about. Not "I will sort myself out 1st n SOD u lot". If i worked in a office like yours i wouldnt be in the state i now find... FACT.. Some people are Good honest up front and will back u Some just give lip service and r all in this 4 themselves.. RM push the buttons and they jump.. Well the screws will jump when there been chased down the street buy a Rabid dog when there doing The WALKS when your out.. Lets hope Ur fella gets back and WE ALL can get back 2 work... Thats wot should happen,, RM dont think or work like us,,,,
