I just watched him on News 24 (about 15 mins ago). I thought he did quite well.

More importantly, the BBC are no longer trying to claim that it's all about money. They even showed footage of Picket Lines, with banners telling people that the Strikes aren't about money. Hopefully, the rest of the Media, will follow suit. Or is that asking too much of them? :arrrghhh

 Yes, I watched him this morning, and he did quite well----still not enough emphasis put on the Abysmal conditions we have to work in, but thank God the other one wasn.t there!

P.S. Still slightly concerned that he said the strike action could be called of at the 11th hour, if R/M got round the table.

I usually cringe when I hear Dave Ward is coming on for the CWU, but this time we are getting our point of veiw accross more than with the last dispute. The fact that the issues are now coming out and it is not about pay. I still think we should be saying that we believe modernisation should benifit everyone i.e Royal Mail get more productivity, the posties get better conditions and the public get better services. That should be our mantra for this strike, let the public know we are really fighting for them aswell
