Frank died in '03

Didn't know him myself, but a mate of mine used to work at WDO - was a Rep there.
He used to tell me about Bill Willoughby and Frank Osei-Tutu. I didn't know he had died.
I'll tell my mate, he'll be sorry to hear that. Last i heard of Bill was that he was working
in the Civil Service. I suppose he must have retired now.
