Getting back to the delivery office??

is their an actual agreement that posties should be returned to the office? i have to pouch off in the street and if i have a parcel which the recipient was out have to leave it in a shop and ring the packet driver, this is probably illegal but im not going to catch a bus get off it to go in a post office then catch a bus again am i. I swear its a legal matter that u have to be returned to your place of work. Its like if i was a fisherman and was left on an island to fish for several hours then having to find my own way back or swim lol

Wouldn't say a legal requirement.

You could always write to him,quoting your membership num and name and address.

so dom could say, u dont have to come back to office if they wish ?

It's soooo different in different offices,at our place we don't have to come back as we can pouch off in pouch boxes or post offices.
Reading on here others can't do that which is strange.

But,if you drive to work and then get driven out in RM vans then they have to get you back to the office to pouch off and collect your car,it all should be in your duty time.
But when SDD came in this all seemed to go out the window.
