£2400 MANAGERS BONUS?????

Post by Codebreaker »

Been advised that RM Managers BONUS £2400.

Any Managers on here confirm that?

Ironic that 1st day of strike and is payday for all including your (?overworked(lol)) Managers.

GOOD LUCK TO US ALL (AND JUST AN INCREDIBLY FEW MANAGERS!)
It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.

The union letter circulating at our office (Brum MC) says the managers got £1800. They were supposedly told to keep their mouths shut about it by the Mail Centre Manager as well... hmm..

By the amount of Managers observing the picket line, I must wonder what half of them actually do, maybe the surplus night managers will be out with us tonight.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Depending on the grade depends on what bonus they get. Low managment = Min £1500 DSM (manager in charge of all the do's for an area) Ive been told could be looking at a bonus from £5000 - £10000

This is indeed shocking and if only we could get a copy of the payslip with that on, would make great reading in the press!!!

Well it is convenient that they should get their blood money on the week we have our first strike action. But not to worry they will be the next to have their time on the dole because our Al wount need them when he has broken the business. :lfo :cfo

As stated above, it depends on the grade of the manager. What grade was the manager who got £1193 or was he an acting manager?

Maybe it's to make sure they stay....

But yes, it's a slap in the face for postal workers whose offices are supposed to be working "sensibly" to achieve bonuses.

And we never have seen a penny of that yet!

Maybe it's a bonus for 1. sitting around checking ebay 2. going away saying "I'll get back to you" 3. having lots of pointless meetings to leave things as they are
