Agreed 100% - We need more of this from people like Peter Hargreaves.

My view on what should happen at Royal Mail is a simple one. They should sack 90 per cent of the people with titles like administrator and manager and halve the salary of the five per cent they need to keep.

More business people are going to speak out, this is just the start. It is better for alot of businesses to receive their mail between 7am -9.30am not after 1pm-2pm because most business close between 4.30am-5.30am. Did RM ever ask these businesses about what they throught about changing the collections and delivery times? If they did not get businesses to complete some of kind questionnaire about the impact of changing collections time and delivery times this is bad management strategies, but then again no one tells RM want to do this is why we are in a mess.
