As in todays Daily Mail,does it still go on,my managere told me this was all knocked on the head,how can i check (he also told me today that i wasn't entitled to a break 'cos i'm on rehab 5 hrs,i 'm certain that anyone working 4 or more hrs is entitled to a 20 min break),he also stated that RM wern't paying me for 8 hrs whilst doing 5 & then me wanting a break as well,but anyways can anyone enlighten me? cheers

A worker is entitled to an uninterrupted break of 20 minutes when daily working time is more than six hours. It should be a break in working time and should not be taken either at the start, or at the end, of a working day.

If your on re-hab duty provided its done with ATOS consultation you are allowed at least 10 mins break per hour, remember its your re-hab.

You must work in London then , cus us up north are lucky to get done for 1.30..

I spoke to the Daily Mail journalist who wrote this piece. He said when he was researching the dispute here in London, many postman spoke up saying they felt it was unfair to RM that people left work early as many still do. And therefore the Spanish Practices are very much still inplace. Thats what prompted him to write that
