Cardinus team up with Royal Mail to launch Safety Leadership Course

(PRWEB) September 10, 2009 -- Cardinus, (a THB Group plc member company) - providers of online injury reduction solutions and risk management within the safety, fleet, insurance and property sectors, have today launched their new Safety Leadership Course, entitled 'Leadership for Health and Safety Practitioners' at the Royal Mail Headquarters in Rugby.

The four-day in-house course devised by Barry Holt, Head of Health & Safety Consultancy at Cardinus and Keith Scott, Group Head of Safety at Royal Mail Group, covers all aspects of effective safety leadership through topics such as communication, influencing management, change management and business continuity planning. The course is very much focused on health and safety leadership and its importance within the workplace.
