well at least she had a single strand of moral deceancy to remove the post..
im not against maternaty leave (much)if they truely mean to have a baby then return to work.ok.thats the law.
but this woman already stated she didnt wont to return unless it meant she had to pay back the money then she would do the minimum possable before leaving.meanwhile the DOM isnt going to hire anyone to replace her for maternity leave ,he/she will expect it to be lasped and posties will feel obliged to do it even into overtime thought the usual vailed threats and bulling.no matter how many times some plank on here says no they wont ,yes they bloody will and do.
i was brought up to expect to work for my money,not dragged up to to try to get as much as possable for as little effort as possable.perhaps their is the differrence between you guys ans i.if you guys were on benifits i bet youd be the ones with pretend dodgey backs and drinking problems.with the same mantra,im only claiming what im entitled to..

I think you meant lover/dogbait - but even so he/she has the facts wrong about the post and I have and others have already answered the other points. Perhaps she/he is just trying to stir up more trouble, especially with the style of "I hold the moral high ground, and anyone who disagrees is contemptible" , best ignored if anyone thinks so.

if anyone disagrees ,as always feel free to agrue facts.i always listen.several posts have already been wiped off due to them holding nothing more than sad little insults.LIKE IM GOING TO BURST INTO TEARS..BOO HOO..why doesnt someone tell me why they think this lady should be able to have maternaty pay when she has no intension of returning to work.the only argument ive really seen so far is because she can..is that a reason?i think not,its just shows the type of people who generally frequent this site.the same old names over and over.i do find it very immoral that people feel its their right to screw over their fellow workmates for a bit of cash then come on here bleting how they are socialist and about the evils of capitalism.its clearly a concept that flys over quite afew heads.JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN DOESNT MEAN YOU SHOULD....wasting my typing finger really ..............................................
