By the sounds of it hayes got a royal pasting at the Unite HQ rally!
We cant start saying things like dont pay dues or every member trying to get out of striking or wanting an excuse to leave the union would jump on it!
We need a rank and file movement to take back control of the union from the officials - the likes of hayes and ward shouldn't earn 80000 a year, they should be on the average postal wage and get a pay rise once we've won one. That might make them better fighters.
Maybe if they were on twenty grand a year, they might be able to get stuff like how many members and on which grade performing what function ,have you got . Its not quantum mechanics it's called basic administration
