Beleive it or not it was handed out after the last dispute. It sets out how you should be treated at work in relation to flexibility.
The Union's advice isthat you use this whenever you can in conjunction with the Pay & Modernisation Agreement.
It is their document and they must abide by it. Mention it at WTL sessions etc
