Hope to see our fellow CWU comrades on the Unite picket line tomorow. I think management scab union CMA members will cross it but you never know!

A bit of me says ,why bother, give em enough rope.
6 month contracts ,clear all due mail ,force through the slash and burn ,DO mergers ,80% PT contracts on delivery,it's obvious to all they are way overmanned just to bully through the fat cat agenda.
If the big boys win out all the small fry managers will be left pissing in the wind with only their down low and street fighting militant go get em union to protect them. I predict utter carnage :chuckle :shhhhh

Not sure how much effort I'd be willing to put in to fighting for management jobs, specially after their recent conduct

i think its more a dig at unite
i dont think we should stand up for the scummy managers who have treated us unacceptably.

in fact more and more greivaces should be put forward and get the offenders out of the company.

Managers are saying it's in their contract not to strike so they have to cross picket lines,is that true ;liar
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

We have two CMA reps in the MC who today were running about with brushes and hoovers because we had a visitor in connection with World Class Mail.So not only are they affecting cleaners jobs in the long run but they are also helping to turn this into a part time industry, don,t they realise that this also affects management when we end up working part time. They also weren,t bothering with health and safety as they pushed unstrapped yorks about.
But after writng to Unite to get their stance on all this I am still awaitng a reply, i'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH....but at the end of the day when Royal Mail higher management tell these CMA reps/members to jump they ask How High ?? regardless of who is affected..COWARDS...every single one of them.

Postman managers have no such thing in their contract and have a right to strike. Many years ago they called a strike and some actually supported it in particular in London and guess what no one noticed.

Now in regards to our demo at unite yesterday it was a sucess there were over 80 postal workers there from London, Scotland, Wolvehampton , Peterborugh and Chesire. We had a giant postcard for messrs Woodley and Simpson with a giant scab on it asking them to start a campain to stop their members doing our work when we are out on strike.

Myself and one other saw simpson in the foyer and called him over and had a discussion , woodley came down but was far more sheepish and whilst had his photo done with the postcard for the media he didt stay. Simpson on the other hand wants to meet us next week to understand the levels of bullying and harrassment his members are undertaking against us.

The CMA National official however didt come out and complained to our headquaters.

Next demo the Labour Party conference the prime minsters speach a good day for a strike.
