Re: What D2D's did you deliver this week?
D2d is a disgrace. here's why:
no per item pay increase in over 11 years !
the 1.67p for smallest items, and 1.75 for larger items has been in place ever since i have been a postman (11 years) . this means in real terms (taking into account inflation) we have been receiving less money every year for at least 11 years
with larger walks and longer sorting times in many offices d2d is simply a hinderance and a scam .
I'm pretty sure the revenue RM receive from companies has not decreased in real terms over this time period.
why are we letting them get away with it ?
why is this issue not on the CWU agenda ?
it stinks

Joke really ,they charge 2009 rates ,you get paid 1997 rates, nice little con or pay cut. Any managers care to let us know how much RM have increased their profit ratio on D2D in the last ten years?

Re: What D2D's did you deliver this week?
Well ,we've got a few RM type storm troopers hanging about, I'm sure that given the new company ethos of cooperation, mutual respect and understanding, and given the stated aim of determined relationship building, recognising the need to carry all their people with them into the new promised land of increased commercial profitability....Too wanky ,How much do the parasites make from D2D?rockmanrock wrote:@Belial
