This strike has been a long time coming, the Way Forward was far too ambigous, which was interpereted as such by the management and abused to the full.

Waste of time going over the same old ground if it can't be grasped. Quantity has nothing to do with incoming revenue. I'll leave everyone to argue that it is.

And incoming revenue has nothing to do with delivery staff, we still have items to deliver whether they are worth less or not, its still the same handling time!

We need to strike to save the business and our customers, if we leave it to the incompetant managers RM will be extinct. Alot has been said about incompetant managers and nothing as been done, instead of picking on the posties who will do anything to save our postal service why don't senior management clear-up their own backyard.
