Very very heavy. I know we had yesterdays stuff to deliver but there seemed a lot more than 2 days worth of stuff. I had 21 mech bundles, 4 walk sorted bundles of phone bills, loads of large packets. Got told to go out at my usual time as I'm on a rural so the overflowing packet bag got left and I'll have to clear that tomorrow.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Wednesday was really heavy. Dom was on the phone to the mail centre asking why we had a heavy missort dispatch for the second time in 3 days. Stuff looked more like something just put to one side if you ask me. Day off today but saw my postie and he said it was another heavy one. Lapsing tomorrow so probably wont finish before 3pm.

You would think that but there are still people in my office who do it (and actively go searching for it  ).

Amazingly funny.

So many people on here thinking they're clever, smugly telling everyone that they cut off again - and i'm just quietly getting on with it, doing what is asked and finishing early EVERY day, as are thousands of other posties. Meanwhile the slowcoaches in my office are finishing at 3pm, just about the time i'm getting up after lunch and a nice afternoon nap.

I have been to a local office 3 times in the last few weeks to do some OT - the staff there are refusing to do any as Pegasus has made the walks too long. First day - 1/3rd of a walk, 50 mins. Second day, half a walk - 1hr 20 mins. 3rd day - 1/3 walk 45 mins. And i'd never done any of the walks before.

Too long? yeah right ;liar

Banking of hours? Done it. Pegasus review? Had it. Collapsing? Doing it no problem. What happens if RM give me a 5 hour walk? I work to my time, big deal.

Carry on thinking you're the intelligent ones, putting your faith in a Union that has guided you into the situation you're in. Writing out 739's before going out on delivery as it 'wastes some more sorting time' as one bright spark posted yesterday.

I'll just carry on doing my job.

They day I work to my time i'll let you know - seeing as i've only finished past 1pm about a dozen times in 12 years (on 40+ different walks) I doubt it will be anytime soon :wave
