Your kidding right  6pm, what did you do with all your missorts (letters)?, that has got to be a record, thing is with this job is not to panic. When I first started 2 years ago everyone was out before me because I didnt no the frame and it makes you rush, thats the worst thing you can do try to relax not easy and after a few months it will all fall into place.

dohnut is right. Its weird but it seems as though for a while all you do is struggle - then suddenly 1 day it all clicks into place and you feel like your making time (your not it just feels that way). Also make sure you claim the OT, they should put it on the training budget but they probably won't tell you that,

Monday 3 hrs 15 mins. Today 3 hrs. Got rid of everything both days. Today was strange really. Not that much on, but did get plenty of Sainsbury's mags. Got my ballot paper for my office today as we are in dispute locally.

I weighed 1 of mine and it was 1 kilo - told the manager and he agreed we could spread it over a few days. General guideline here was a maximum of 4 per bag - some idiots still stuffed their bags rather than split them down. :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

:chuckle :chuckle Manager came up to me today and I knew what it was going to be about so I just said to him that if I've to have another meeting then I'll end up cutting off again, to which he just rolled his eyes and walked away :chuckle , maybe he's learning or maybe he just couldn't be bothered arranging my cut off to be delivered.

We've had these this week - they're 'Big Book' postings which means you've got 5 days, unless yours have come by a different method?

We have 5 days but it only works when others take them! The duty I did to day no one has touched them for two days, and we have stacks more light bulbs just for a change.
