My AOD was never investigated, not difficult to work out that a steep driveway, ice/snow and magnum footware is a disaster waiting to happen

Get a form from the Dept of Work and Pensions, can't think what the ref. code is, but it's available if you ask.
( Even the guy in the DWP office I asked didn't know it existed.) It's a Industrial Accident/Injuries form and I think you have 3 years to claim.
I did mine, and with a few weeks got a "Yes, yours was an Industrial Accident " etc. Maybe I was lucky.
RM was contacted, so what I said must have been backed up/agreed with by my office. Shock Horror!
Even if its initially a No from the DWP, you can appeal.
Anyway, I'm using it as evidence with regards to dog attack injury.
Surely, they can't deny an unbiased, independent, Govt organisation's decision?

Don't they use ATOS doctors

Yes, but they're paid by the DWP, for that assessment. Not RM. Same Nurse Practitioners (and sometimes even a Doctor!), but different people paying.

But would you get 2 different assesments fromthe same doctor/nurse each one depending on the pay masters instructions.

Got a letter off the DOM this morning it looks like I'm going to have to battle for my job once again. My AOD has triggered a Stage 3 My stage 2 was due to expire this month and now this s**t from an AOD. I despair of this firm.
