What some people no doubt genuinely think is a bit of harmless banter, about such things. Can easily get out of control. Particularly if there are any Biggots, in your midst. Once they get wind of something like that, the trouble can REALLY start.

But it's a lot easier for someone to come forward, and ask for help. If they know that there are people who will stand by them, and defend them against the onslaught.

Some of them can be like old women or bickering yokels in a village , there mustn't be much going on in their sad little lives :hmmmm - at the end of the day , it's nothing to do with them what somebody does or doesn't do :hmmmm

Bullies are dysfunctional human beings, that are not worth knowing and these type of people need to be stopped from bullying other people. They must live sad lives or have had a dysfunctional past to be going around bullying or harassing other people.

They also tend to be cowards, trying to make themselves seem tough. So others won't pick on them. Now that isn't an intentional insult (although it's obviously insulting). It's just my experience of people like that. Once someone stands up to them, with some backup. To prevent the Bully "punnishing them", for reporting the incidents. They invariably back down. Because they aren't able to face the consequences of their actions.

Yes! bullies are cowards and they make out that they are tough. I have seen victims of bullying reporting their perpetators and this as weakened their perpetators that in the end the perpetators went sick or left the business due to to shame of bullying because in the end no decent person whats to know a bully.

How do I feel now? Just as sharp and ready to go as ever.

It comes from inner self-belief rather than following the dogma, doctrine (and drivel) of some long-dead idealistic dreamer as some sort of ready-made guide to life... :whistle

Thanks for asking. How're you?

So you don't feel bad, for completely misjudging his reasons. And falsly implying that he is himself a Bully? :no no
And what has the content of a totally unrelated thread, have to do with him feeling sad. That this one has become his favourite? :hmmmm
I think an apology is in order. Don't you?

you beat me to it Andy, i think an apology from Mr Tman would be appropiate but unlikely.

only you could answer my question like that. what the hell has Karl Marx got to do with Linkinpark's sadness or this thread ? if you would like to pit your inner self beliefs against the writings of Karl Marx and many others , start up a new thread and lets go for it ?

He was referring to comments in this thread: http://www.royalmailchat.co.uk/communit ... lit=vestas" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

But I still fail to see how anything posted elsewhere, could justify comments like his. In a thread dealing with such a sensitive, and emotional subject as this one.

Any old band-wagon, eh Borders/borders?

What makes you think it was dear old Marx I was referring to? Could have been anyone from Mao to Engels, Paine to the Prophet Mohammed. Then again, it could have been generic....
Put down Das Kapital, it's making you one-dimensional.

You're not getting this, are you? Someone's inner beliefs won't be changed or even challenged by shooting the breeze on a 'Net forum.
[Well, most people anyway. I suppose those who need some sort of Haynes manual guide to life may think differently]

it usually means someone ( usually to the left of Mrs Thatcher and is a "activist" / raving Trot as they went to the odd union meeting ) is externalizing their problems through very left wing politics and has a problem with the outside world not necessarily RM :hmmmm -a standard corporate retort to criticism / " negativeness " .

Sometimes things don't need stirring up by the extreme left - either it is right or it is wrong :hmmmm

Getting back to the original subject - what would it be like for a female member of staff if she'd come out as BI ? - would it be " Phwoar - Can I watch ? " etc , etc ?
