Still no decision from Royal Mail on our suspended colleague. EIGHT WEEKS and they can't make their minds up.

Well nothing RM does anymore surprises me, Our Colleague is still SUSPENDED after 2 Fcuking months. RM now realise they have messed up over this case and dont know what to do.

Burslem D.O will fight to the end for Mr Big Dave and any other of our Colleagues.

The reason RM won't make a decision yet is that they really can not work us out at Burslem.They can't understand why we want to lose money for one man.The issue here is about treating workers fairly and following procedures,not money..Royal Mail will no doubt send their propaganda muppets to our place to spout out their usual crap to try and stop the strike.They really have not got a clue about unity or morality,they just think that everybody is as selfish,devious and slimey as they are. Can't Royal Mail work out that such a strong ballot (almost 90% in favour of strike action) must mean that they have got things wrong somewhere???? Wake up and get Dave back in work!!!!!!!!

Just imagine being suspended for EIGHT WEEKS with little or no communication from your employer. Would you feel stressed?. OF COURSE YOU WOULD. Would you feel you were being bullied and harassed? OF COURSE YOU WOULD. Will the people responsible for the delay in making a decision over this situation be disciplined under the bullying and harasment code? OF COURSE THEY WONT

you are so right what you are saying, but Royal Mail do not care about any of us posties at all, we are just a (number) of inconvenience's, that they wish we would just obey every command that they want and be gratefull.

I am sure someone from Royal Mail looks in on this site, but you just know it will not bother them moralely one bit, what they will do is to take it very personal and go back to where ever they work ( sorry attend )and carry on taking it out on us posties.

This can only make us STRONGER.
