What time is meal relief?

Post by Spedley »

When I started work at 5am my meal relief was set for just before I set off to deliver, i.e. breakfast.
Now I don't start unil 8:15 I've already had breakfast so I'd like my meal relief at lunch time, halfway through my delivery.

Do I have to take my meal relief before my delivery as elevenses or after as afternoon tea or can I go back to the office between 12 and 1 for lunch?

Royal Mail can tell you when to take your break but it has to be in one block unless you agree otherwise.
