I reached 20 years in July but got nowt as i had 10 months out after 13 years. So despite doing 20 years in 2 stints they dont count that towards 20 years service.

The scary truth is how many 20 year veterans will there be in the future? I've done nearly 4 years and already I'm wanting out. How many of Royal Mail's master-plan 5 hour contracters will still be here in 2029? Not many, would be my guess. A sad state of affairs.
