sorry we aint all pc orientated so lot of can rite stuff but dont know how to respond
like i say i was a manager and im infuriated how we are going forward with managers not trained like i was
they get like 2 days i was away for weeks training
r amil have no trained managers now
they have demoralised staff
and the managers go home think they happy staff
