The very fact is we are all in the same boat we can only guess what these so called managers want as they do not know themselves until they are told from above the couse of action which they must take to still remain a manager!. they are no more a manager than a rubber stamp and clip board and a puppet of a failed business!.

Now that different regions are going out on strike the managers should be able to get the mail delivered without any problems, they are trying to tell us that mail can be delievered, processed and distributed by using less staff, now they can show us how it's done whilst we are out on strike.
