we have 3-4 weekly people on light duties yet we have to absurb duties
you tell me me how tht is a saving
pepole get away with doing the absorbtion because manegemant arnt up to monitoring it
i feel amnagement shud be rretrained im so furiouis with the lack of management i cant type

sorry im back again
i spent 12 years as amanager going away for weeks at a time to learn it
now its like ad ay and ur it
they no idea of managing
they sitmaround doing nufiing
why cant we absorb their wages
we can run our own office and get rid of a manger or 2
i think we cud run on 1 manager and 1 line one not 3 line managers
get rid of 2 of them
thats absorbtion
i use to run a 100 staff myself
so why 3 managers now

i think we shud have a national strike
why shud other posties lose money fighting for our cause
