In the age of packets failing, cut-offs and 'streaming' for 'operational reasons' , who else but Royal Mail could try and market itself so honestly....???

I thought it was an accurate marketing campaign, tell the smaller customers exactly what you think of them :hmmmm the two words were 'F*** Off' weren't they :hmmmm
