It ''looks'' like Royal mail are temporary promoting cwu members who are acting, who are then being recruited by the cma, so that they can work on strike days.

It 'looks' like RM might be cherry-picking the people without moral fibre , loyalty , and basic common sense, from within the ranks
of the workforce.

Judging by the oafs we see on the acting list in our office, I wouldn't have thought common sense had much to do with it.

We've got a right beaut. I've lost count of the number of people he's had before the DUM for swearing at him (never any witnesses), harrassing him (it's got to the stage where the DUM keeps everything within the office and quietly lets these things drop) and just plain lying about people. He's still managing though and I expect he has a glittering career ahead of him in Royal Mail. He'll be on the board in ten years or so. The bloody goon!
